Only 916 KDM / 22K guaranteed gold jewellery is sold in our jewellery. It is certified with BIS Hallmark, ensuring purity and authenticity.

2. Pricing

Prices are based on Current gold rate, Making charges. Rates may vary daily based on market fluctuations

Note: GST is applicable for all jewellers

3. BIS Hallmark Assurance

Every eligible gold item carries BIS logo, Purity grade (916 for 22K gold) and Assay centre mark.

Note: Customers are encouraged to verify hallmark details at the time of purchase

4. Gold Savings Scheme (Chit / Cheetu)

Customers can join monthly gold saving plans. It consists:

• # Fixed monthly instalments
• # Tenure typically ranges from 10–12 months

On maturity:

• # Customer can purchase jewellery equivalent to total paid value
• # Special discounts on making charges may apply

Scheme Rules:

• Instalments must be paid on time
• Not paying at time will result in penalties or cancellation
• Benefits apply only after full completion of the scheme

5. Exchange Policy

• Old gold can be exchanged after purity testing
• Value is calculated based on Net weight, Current gold rate
• Amount will be deducted if stones and impurities are found.

6. Custom Orders

• # Advance payment required
• # Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or modified easily

1. Product Purchase

• Cancellation allowed only before billing/invoicing
• After purchasing, No cancellation can be done
• Only exchange or buyback policy applies

2. Gold Scheme (Cheetu) Cancellation

• If customer withdraws before maturity, No bonus/discount benefits will be provided
• Amount may be refunded after deductions or converted into gold at current rate

3. Refund Policy

• If ReProcessed within 7–10 business days
• Done via original payment method or bank transfer

4. Order Cancellation (Custom Jewellery)

• # Advance amount is non-refundable
• # Cancellation may lead to deduction of making/design charges

• Making charges are non-refundable
• Stone weight excluded
